When you book a stay, your booking details (name, contact details, stay dates and any special requests) are held in the hotel's own booking system, not by the platform operator. The hotel's privacy policy and terms apply to your booking.
- Contact the hotel directly to access, correct, or request deletion of your booking information. The platform operator cannot amend or delete data held by a hotel.
- No payment is taken through this website. You pay the hotel directly by the method shown on your booking. The platform never handles, stores or processes your money.
- Limited platform data. The portal itself only records basic technical details (such as your IP address) in server and activity logs for security and troubleshooting, and stores the registration enquiries you submit through the Register page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for how a hotel collects, uses, stores or protects your personal information, or for any content published by a hotel on its page.
Who is responsible for your data?
