What this booking platform is, and what it is not.
Important terms disclaimer
This portal is booking software provided by the platform operator. By using this website you acknowledge and agree that:
- The platform is not a party to your accommodation contract. When you book a stay, your contract is directly with the hotel. The hotel's own terms, cancellation policy, pricing, deposits and refunds apply, and the platform does not mediate or guarantee them.
- No payment is taken online. The platform never collects or processes payments, card numbers, bank details or any other payment credentials. You pay the hotel directly by the method shown on your booking.
- The platform does not verify hotel listings. Hotels are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including room descriptions, photos, prices, availability and any other content shown on their pages. The platform does not inspect, verify or warrant any hotel, its services, or its content.
- The platform is not liable for stays or disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or dispute arising from your stay, your booking, or any content provided by a hotel.
- Registration is not an agreement. Submitting a registration enquiry does not create a binding agreement; a separate agreement is made when a hotel is onboarded.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under consumer law that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement.
The platform provides booking software
This portal gives hotels their own booking website and admin panel. The platform operator provides the software that makes online booking possible, but is not a party to the accommodation contract between you and the hotel you book.
Your stay is booked with the hotel
When you book a stay, your contract is with the hotel. The hotel's own terms, cancellation policy, and pricing govern your stay, including deposits, refunds, and any changes. Please read the hotel's Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy before you book.
No online payment
No payment is taken online through this website. You pay the hotel directly by the method shown on your booking — for example bank transfer, cash, or card at the hotel. The platform never handles your money.
Registering a hotel
Registration enquiries are shared with the platform administrator to discuss setting up your hotel page. Registration does not create a binding agreement on its own; a separate agreement is made when your hotel is onboarded.
