These terms are written by the hotel and govern your booking and stay. The booking platform provides the software used to run this website but is not a party to the agreement between you and the hotel.
The hotel is solely responsible for the content of these terms, including any pricing, deposit, cancellation and refund rules. The platform does not verify or warrant any of this information.
No payment is taken online through this website. You pay the hotel directly by the method shown on your booking.
This notice forms part of these terms and cannot be removed by the hotel.
Bookings through this website are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when we issue you a booking reference. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking and must be able to provide valid identification on check-in.
Rates and payment All rates are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, as shown at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival or as advised at booking. We do not take online card payments through this website — payment is made directly to us by bank transfer, cash, or card at the hotel.
Cancellations Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in; cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, may incur a charge of one night's stay. To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us directly or submit a cancellation request through your booking link. Cancellation requests are confirmed by the hotel.
Check-in and check-out Check-in is available from [2:00 pm] and check-out is by [10:00 am] on your departure date unless otherwise agreed. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request.
Your stay You agree to treat our property and the room with care and to respect other guests. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly between [10:00 pm] and [7:00 am]. Damage to the room or property caused during your stay may be charged to you.
No smoking All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a room may incur a cleaning fee.
Pets Pets are not permitted unless agreed at the time of booking.
Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising during your stay, except where caused by our negligence. Vehicles and personal belongings are left at your own risk. Please advise us promptly of any issue so we can help.
Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your booking applies to your stay.
